We offer a variety of 12 rooms that range from a standard king double or twin , superior king rooms or our larger signature king rooms.
Some of our rooms are also dog friendly (on request/charge applies).
The rooms are all individually decorated and different in size located over two floors.
- A non-smoking policy operates in all our bedrooms, bar, and dining areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- Guest check in is from 3pm and check out is by 10.30am. There is a surcharge of £10 for early check in of 2pm or late check out of noon. Please inform us if you require either of these so we can check availability. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
- Cots are available on request at £10 per night
- Dogs are allowed on request in a small number of rooms at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night – please click here to view our pet policy for further information
- Housekeeping will clean the room daily. If you require clean towels, please leave them in the shower tray and they will be replaced. Any extra towels, refreshments etc that you require, please ask at the bar.

These are comfortable traditionally styled townhouse rooms with various street views of Stratford upon Avon. These five delightful rooms are ideal for short or long stays, with a good-sized modern ensuite bathroom and a walk in shower.
Our standard twin rooms provide two single beds and spacious ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower. These individually designed ensuite rooms are the very popular with friends travelling together.
Our superior king double rooms consist of a king size double bed and offers spacious, airy and bright accommodation making it the perfect base during your visit to Startford upon Avon
Our stunning and spacious signature rooms offer a king size bed with ensuite providing a bath and walk in shower allowing you to enjoy that extra bit of luxury during your stay. The rooms are individually designed and located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the property.
We went to a local family wedding and decided to stay here. The rooms were large and clean. Good size en suite bathroom. Complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was served promptly and the service was warm and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!
